Q. How do I book?
A. Booking your last minute accommodation with Need It Now is so easy! There are just five simple steps to follow.
- Select your destination from the list.
- Browse through the list of hotels with rooms available until you find an offer that's perfect for you.
If a hotel has several different room styles or packages available, only the lowest priced one is shown on this page.
To view other offers and packages, and for more information about the hotel, the rooms and the location, simply click on the hotel name.
- Select the dates and the number of rooms you would like to book.
- Press the Book Now button and complete the details we require in order to be able to take your booking.
- Press the Pay Now button to complete your booking. Your credit card payment is handled by our secure payment system.
Once your credit card details have been processed, your booking is automatically sent to the hotel and a confirmation email is sent to you.
- You may be required to present photo ID on arrival at the hotel. A credit card imprint or cash deposit will be
required to cover incidental charges.

Q. Am I guaranteed a room at the rate shown?
A. Absolutely! There are only a limited number of rooms available at these special rates so book early to ensure you get the best deal.
They don't last long.

Q. How do I pay for my accommodation?
A. To obtain these great rates, we require payment in full by credit card at the time of booking.
If you do not wish to use your credit card over the Internet, please contact us.

Q. I need to change my booking - what do I do?
A. If you wish to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please note that last-minute hotel rates are not always available and cancellation penalties may apply.

Q. I need to cancel my booking - what do I do?
A. If you have to cancel your booking within 48 hours of your stay, the cost of your first night's stay is generally not refundable.
If you give us more than 48 hours' notice of cancellation, refunds will depend on the individual hotel's cancellation policy. Administration charges may apply.

Q. How safe and secure is my payment?
A. Your credit card payment is handled by the our secure payment system.
The information you provide is securely encrypted before transmission to the Card Authoriser to prevent unauthorized access to your card details.

Q. What personal details do you collect and what do you do with them?
A. We collect the minimum amount of personal information.
We require your name, telephone number and email address which we will pass on to the hotel for them to handle your booking.
Our secure payment system will process your credit card payment.
When you make a booking with Need It Now you have the option of subscribing to our newsletter which will bring you details of all the latest deals.
