Getting Around
It's 80 kms
north of Brisbane along the Pacific Highway. A car is essential for families holidaying around the Sunshine Coast
because there are so many things to do. But great attractions are all quite close - so the kids won't spend alot of time in the
car.

Forest Glen Wildlife Sanctuary
The kids can hand feed the deer from the window of the car as you drive around the Deer Sanctuary. There are Kangaroos, emus and koalas too.

Maleny Folk Festival - Woodford
A week of dancing, music and entertainment from a large cultural mix. Includes local, indigenous and international acts. Camp onsite on stay nearby. Held each year between Christmas to New Year.
